Healthcare Management Beyond Textbook | Part-4 | At NFSU Gandhinagar | Docthub

In this interactive session with students from NFSU-Gandhinagar, we discuss some interesting sectors that fall under the healthcare umbrella. Healthcare publications play a vital role in spreading knowledge, research findings, and policy updates to professionals and the public. Healthcare NGOs contribute by addressing gaps in access, awareness, and affordability, often working at the grassroots level. Retail and distribution networks ensure that medicines, medical supplies, and equipment reach patients efficiently and reliably. Alternative medicine offers complementary approaches to health and wellness, drawing from traditional and holistic practices. Together, these sectors add depth and diversity to the healthcare ecosystem, highlighting how healthcare extends beyond hospitals and clinics, encompassing communication, outreach, supply chains, and alternative healing systems.
